The Hope Fire Company No. 1, serving, Upper Freehold Township and Allentown, NJ, have put in service a 2019 Sutphen pumper. it is built on a Sutphen Monarch cab and chassis with four-doors, a raised roof and full height rear doors. It is powered by a Cummins 450-hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Hale 1,500-gpm pump, a Trident air primer and a 1,000-gallon polypropylene tank with a 30-gallon foam cell with an Akron Brass foam system. Other features include a Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner, a Will-Burt NightScan, Amdor roll-up doors, Hannay electric reel and a Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren.
