The City of Port Richey, FL, Fire Department has taken delivery of a new custom pumper from KME mounted on a Panther MFD chassis with a raised roof cab.

The rig features a Cummins L9 (450-hp) engine and Allison 3000EVS transmission with a Waterous CSU (1,500-gpm) pump and 1,000-gallon tank.
