The Rochester, IL, Fire Protection District has taken delivery of a new custom Sutphen pumper mounted on a heavy-duty Monarch chassis.

This rig features a Cummins L9 (450-hp) engine and Allison EVS3000 transmission with a Waterous CSU (1,500-gpm) single-stage pump and 1,000-gallon water tank.
