Apparatus - Delivery: Auburn, AL, Heavy-Duty Pumper
The Auburn, AL, Fire Department has taken delivery of a new custom pumper from Sutphen mounted on a heavy-duty Monarch chassis.
This rig comes with a 10” raised roof and a 62” extended cab with four doors and seating for six firefighters. It is powered by a Cummins L9 (450-hp) engine and features a 2,000-gpm Hale QMAX pump and a 1,000-gallon water tank.
