Photos: Hedgesville, WV, Fire Rigs Hit on Interstate

A pumper and a truck sustained extensive damage when they were hit on I-81 in Berkeley County.

Berkeley County firefighters were operating at a vehicle fire on I-81 early Sunday when two rigs were struck by an SUV.

The firefighters from Hedgesville and Bedington were not injured while the condition of the civilian is not known.

The Hedgesville Volunteer Fire Company pumper and truck sustained extensive damage and were placed out of service, according to Berkeley County Professional Firefighters Local 5045
