MO Pumper Rolls on Icy Road
No injuries were reported after a Lee's Summit pumper rolled over on an icy road Friday morning.
The driver of Pumper 5 encountered icy road conditions while traveling on SW Ward Road when it and rolled on to the driver's side, according to a post on the fire department's Facebook page.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Pumper 5 was returning to Station 5 after covering for a crew that was at a structure fire.
