Prince George's County, MD, Engine Struck on Highway
Maryland firefighters operating at the scene of an incident on U.S. 50 escaped injury after their engine was hit.
The engine from Landover Hills was blocking an incident operation when it was struck, according a statement posted on Prince George's Counity Fire/Rescue Facebook page.
There were no injuries.
State law requires motorists to move over when emergency vehicles are stopped along the highway.
