Rutherford County, TN, Fire Dept. Gets Huge Tanker

Rutherford County Fire Department, Murfreesboro, TN, has taken delivery of a commercial tanker built by Ferrara Fire Apparatus. It is built on a Kenworth T370 cab and chassis powered by a PAACAR PX9 380-hp engine. To fight fire, it has a Hale Qflo 1,250-gpm pump and a 3,000-gallon UPF tank. It also has a Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren.
