Barlow Volunteer Fire Company, Cumberland Township, Adams County, PA, has taken delivery of a 2019 Pierce water tender built on a Freightliner SD cab and chassis. It is powered by a 505-hp Detroit Diesel DD13 diesel engine and an Allison 4000EVS automatic transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous CSU 1,500-gpm single-stage pump, a 2,500-gallon UPF Poly Tank III with side and rear electric 10-inch Newton dump valves. It is also equipped with a Zico Quic-Lift hydraulic portable water tank rack, Whelen warning and scene lights, a 10-inch extended bumper and a Federal Q2B mechanical siren.
