The Bowerston, OH, Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a new 3,000-gallon Sutphen west side tanker mounted on a Kenworth T800 extended cab chassis which features a 1,500-gpm Hale QMAX single stage pump.

This heavy-duty rig is powered by a 605-hp Cummins ISX 15 engine with an Allison 4500EVS transmission, and it has over 130 cubic feet of compartment space.
