EPR Fireworks Appoints New Vice President of Product
As it continues to engage in product innovation and customer success, EPR Fireworks announced the appointment of Neriyah Oren to vice president of product, bolstering the company's executive leadership team.
Oren has had an instant influence on the company's product strategy and execution after taking on the role of senior product manager at EPR Fireworks seven months ago. Most recently, he oversaw the successful creation and introduction of the next-generation software platform for the Louisiana Office of the State Fire Marshal, which replaced a legacy system that had developed over more than 10 years.
The project requires upgrading intricate operations across several departments while creating a completely new statewide platform within an aggressive government schedule. Oren managed cross-functional teams that produced the new platform in under six months, used AI-driven prototyping to speed design and validation and used an agile product development methodology while collaborating closely with Louisiana Office of the State Fire Marshal stakeholders.
"Neriyah has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision and an unwavering commitment to building products that solve real problems for our customers," said Gilad Preger, co-founder and CEO of EPR Fireworks. "His ability to partner with customers, translate complex operational challenges into intuitive solutions, and deliver at an incredible pace reflects exactly how we want to innovate at EPR Fireworks. His promotion to Vice President of Product recognizes the tremendous impact he has already made and the leadership he will continue to provide as we expand our platform."
Oren will be in charge of EPR Fireworks' product strategy, roadmap and user experience for the company's expanding line of fire and emergency medical services in his capacity as vice president of product. He will keep collaborating closely with clients to make sure the platform advances in areas like AI-assisted documentation, analytics, operational workflows, inspections, prevention, training and NERIS-ready reporting while adapting to the shifting demands of public safety organizations.
"I'm honored to step into this role during such an exciting time for EPR Fireworks," said Oren. "Our customers face increasingly complex operational and reporting demands, and they deserve technology that helps them work smarter—not harder. What excites me most is our team's ability to rapidly transform customer feedback into meaningful innovation. We'll continue building products that simplify operations, improve data quality, and give Fire and EMS agencies the tools they need to better serve their communities."
Oren's advancement is a reflection of EPR Fireworks' ongoing commitment to top-notch leadership and innovative products as the business grows across the country. Under his direction, the product division will keep concentrating on providing cutting-edge, customer-driven technology that gives first responders access to connected data, user-friendly processes and practical insights.
