VA Firefighter Set to Retire after 43 Years

Mike McAndrews, the longest-serving firefighter in Virginia Beach history, is preparing to retire after dedicating 43 years to his community.

"The best thing an old firefighter can teach a young firefighter is how to be an old firefighter," McAndrews told WAVY News.
