MI Firefighters Work Register as Clerk Heads to Hospital
After responding to a medical call for a gas station clerk who needed hospital transport last Tuesday, three Alto-Bowne Township firefighters took over the registers.
"Luckily it was a pretty user-friendly system and we got it figured out pretty quickly," firefighter Chris Weiland laughingly told WXMI News.
The employee who suffered the medical emergency is apparently OK and back at work.
