Orlando FD Honors Ex-Firefighter's 90th Birthday

The Orlando Fire Department did its part to help honor retired firefighter Jim Turrisi on his 90th birthday with a drive-by complete with bagpipe music.

At Turrisi's side was his lifelong best friend and fellow firefighter Jim Spence. The two grew up together in Orlando and then served beside each other in the military before joining the OFD in the 1950s. They are the oldest living retirees with the department.

When asked what a lifetime of friendship has meant to them, Spence said "Everything."
