    The Keizer, OR, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) recently deployed their new 20-foot enclosed 10,000-pound GVW dual-tandem axle Specialty Trailer. This unit is intended to provide support to the citizens of Keizer and the Keizer Fire District.
