31-21 is a 1987 Spartan/SPI pumper/tanker. This unit features a 1250 gpm Hale pump with a 2750 gallon booster tank. This unit also carries a 3000 gallon port-a-tank for tanker shuttle operations. 31-21 has seating for 8 firefighters.
