This ambulance replaced a 1991 Ford McCoy-Miller Ambulance, 1350.1351 is the Allenton Volunteer Fire Departments third ambulance. 1351 responds to about 125 medical emergencies each year, most of which are motor vehicle traffic accidents. In addition this ambulance goes on stand-by at all working fires. Besides the "9-1-1" response area covered by the Allenton Fire Department in the Towns of Addison, West Bend and Herman (Dodge County), 1351 responds to an extended "9-1-1" Emergency Medical Services (EMS) area. This extended area includes the remaining portions of the Town of Addison served by the Saint Lawrence Fire Department and some portions of the Town of Wayne serviced by the Kohlsville Fire Department.
