Truck 2304

Truck 2304 is the most widely used of any truck in the JCVFD. Though it doesn't have a water tank or a pump, it does carry 3 firefighters. It serves many roles and is on the scene of almost every JCVFD call. It serves as a First Responder QRV with 2 medical jump bags, an oxygen/airway bag, 2 backboards, a pediboard, a stokes basket, and a mass casualty trauma kit. It responds to Brush and Wildland fires due to its variety of hand tools, Wildland firefighting gear, and water packs. Truck 2304 responds to structure fires for scene lighting, its 4 bottle cascade system, and the 4 Scott 4.5 AirPaks with spare bottles. This truck also carries a multitude of other scene support equipment, and is a favorite to drive because of its automatic transmission. If the JCVFD has a call, chances are you'll find Truck 2304 somewhere on the scene.
