Engine 28 is a 1996 Pierce Lance chassis. It has a 1750 gpm Waterous pump with Foampro Class A and B foam proportioning system. Engine 28 also serves as the primary rescue vehivle for the City of Moraine, with a full compliment of extrication tools and and an extendable light tower.
