The first unit custom-built for Friday Harbor, this 250 gpm pumper (200 gallon tank) was fully operational until the mid 1980's. (the latest odometer reading shows less than 42,000 miles) Now equipped with seating in the hose bed area, Engine 1 is now used exclusively for parades, and for transporting Santa Claus at Christmas.
