Photo Story: Ore. Crews Douse Dwelling Fire

Three pets were rescued from a Portland house fire Friday afternoon.

Portland Fire & Rescue were called to the 4700 block of NE Wasco Street and found fire showing from the front of the home.

The main body of the fire was knocked down after a quick interior attack and coordinated ventilation effort from the roof. 

Two dogs and a cat were rescued from the home. No occupants were present at the time of the fire. 

Investigators are on scene working. No cause or damage estimates are available at this time.
