California City, Calif., Fire Rescue has taken delivery of a custom pumper built by KME Fire Apparatus on a Predator cab and chassis with a 10-inch raised roof. It is powered by a Cummins ISL9 450-hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous CSU-C20 1,500-gpm pump and a 750-gallon tank with a 20-gallon foam cell. It also has Code 3 warning lights and Fire Research Corp. scene lights. It also has a stainless steel cab and body.
