Jan. 1, 2017

Wantage, NJ, Oct. 7, 2016—Members of the Wantage Fire Department Collevilles Company 2 advance a line at a house fire from which a mother and son escaped without harm. Other responding departments included Branchville, Sussex, Vernon, Newton, Lafayette, Ogdensburg and Montague. A third-alarm was transmitted, along with numerous calls for mutual aid.

Halifax, PA, Nov. 17, 2016—Box 29-6 was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire, bringing units from Company 29 and Engine 216. While en route, Chief 29-1 confirmed a heavy column a quarter mile out and requested the first alarm. Units from Company 29 arrived on scene to find a working fire in a two-story duplex with fire spreading to the exposure building on the Bravo side. The fire eventually went to a second alarm.

New Orleans, LA, Nov. 22, 2016—Firefighters were dispatched to a fire in a one-story masonry building housing a donuts shop. Upon arrival, crews found flames shooting through the roof and the first floor fully involved, and thus began a defensive fight.
