Alan (A.D.) Vickery is the Assistant Chief of Resource Management and has more than 50 years with the Seattle Fire Department. Prior to his current assignment, Vickery served as the Assistant Chief of Operations and Deputy Chief of Special Operations. Vickery is nationally recognized for his proactive role in preparing firefighters and first responders to safely perform their jobs through modern technology and techniques, and is a founding member of the IAB.
