Frank Becerra
Frank Becerra has more than three decades experience in the fire service, including a 35-year career with the Fort Worth, TX, Fire Department before becoming Regional Training Officer for the Cedar Hill, TX, Fire Department where he coordinated training initiatives for four city departments. He has served as an adjunct instructor at Tarrant County College (Fort Worth, TX) since 2006, teaching fire academy courses, hazardous materials response, live-fire training, including bi-lingual instruction. Becerra received the George Hughes Instructor of the Year Award from the Texas Association of Fire Educators in recognition for his instruction of firefighters with the National Fire Agency of Taiwan and he has been named Instructor of the Year and Outstanding Teacher. He has served as a hand-on training coordinator for Firehouse Expo and Firehouse World and has presented at Firehouse Expo and FireFusion.
