Patrick O. Stone, AIA, LEED AP, is the deputy director of emergency services at H2M architects + engineers. He has 15 years of experience in the design of emergency service & public safety facilities. Stone actively manages a wide variety of clients and projects and is responsible for overseeing H2M’s specialized team of experts. He has served as a volunteer firefighter for more than 17 years in two Long Island, NY, fire departments. Stone utilizes his on-the-job experience to enhance the facilities that he designs as well as to integrate the best ideas and latest trends. He speaks on a variety of station design trends and issues.
