Mark Bonilla is an FDNY deputy chief in conjunction with the department’s Haz-Tac Battalion. He has been with FDNY for 26 years. Prior to his current assignment, Bonilla was a commanding officer and a paramedic captain. In addition to responding to medical emergencies, he supervised lieutenants, EMTs and paramedics in the field within the 9-1-1 system.
