Emilie Brown

Emilie Brown is a senior research associate with Sylvester’s Firefighter Cancer Initiative (FCI) at the University of Miami, where she leads the National Firefighter Cancer Survivorship Program and supports the Health, Exposure, and Reproduction (HER) Study that investigates the reproductive health of female firefighters. With a concentration in health policy, Brown is passionate about leveraging scientific evidence to advance systemic change within the fire service and to protect the occupational health of firefighter populations.
