Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett joined the fire service in 2006. Having spent the majority of his career as a member of a rescue company or truck company, he is driven to advance technical rescue and rescue operations and to building into those that operate under that mission profile. Bennett serves as captain on Rescue 1 of the Scott County, KY, Fire Department, which is located in Georgetown, KY. He is the president of Rescue/Rope Access Technical Solutions, which is a nonprofit organization that provides training and equipment to agencies and that delivers technical rescue support/resources during disasters.
