Colby Rich

Colby Rich spent seven years as a full-time pastor prior to entering the fire service and still serves as a pastor in a local church. He hosts the “Called to Lead” podcast and recently published his first book, “Lead Like a Real Man.” Rich is pursuing an advanced degree in organizational leadership and has a bachelor’s degree in communication arts. He is on the board of directors of a regional peer support team that serves multiple agencies in North Texas. Rich currently serves as a station officer at Sherman, TX, Fire-Rescue.
