The 5-year-old boy had minor burns to one thigh in the Keystone Heights fire, according to Clay County Fire Rescue. The boy's father was burned on the left arm and wrist. A 4-year-old son who was sleeping on a couch was not harmed.

Firefighters were called to the doublewide mobile home in the 5700 block of Indian Trail Road about 8 p.m. They found flames coming out the front door and the fire moving through the home.

They were told the father heard his son and noticed light smoke inside. When he went to the bedroom and kicked the door in, fire erupted from the closet. The man grabbed the boy from the bed and ran outside.

Smoke alarms went off inside the home. Investigators determined the fire was accidental and caused by an electrical problem.
