Man Found Dead in Orlando Condo Fire

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A man was found dead Friday morning after a fire broke out at an Orlando condominium complex, authorities said. The man's body was found after firefighters battled a blaze about 5:30 a.m. at the Pine Shaddows Condos on Yellow Pine Lane. Earlier, neighbors said a disabled man in his 30s was unaccounted for. It's not known if he's the victim. Some dogs were also killed in the fire. It took firefighters about 45 minutes to extinguish the blaze.

A man was found dead Friday morning after a fire broke out at an Orlando condominium complex, authorities said.

The man's body was found after firefighters battled a blaze about 5:30 a.m. at the Pine Shaddows Condos on Yellow Pine Lane.

Earlier, neighbors said a disabled man in his 30s was unaccounted for. It's not known if he's the victim.

Some dogs were also killed in the fire.

It took firefighters about 45 minutes to extinguish the blaze.

No other injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
