Hawaiian Toddler Seriously Hurt in Two-Story Fall

-- Oct. 15--A toddler was in serious condition tonight after falling out of a second-story window on Schofield Barracks. Federal firefighters transported the 3-year-old girl about 7:45 p.m. to the hospital in serious condition. According to emergency dispatch reports, the girl fell about 25 feet onto the lawn. No one saw her fall, but her father found her on the ground with scratches on her cheek.
