Three Mo. Firefighters Injured After Rollover

A Springfield firefighter was seriously injured and two others were hospitalized after the fire truck they were in rolled over, according to The News-Leader.

The crash occurred at approximately 8:12 a.m. in the northbound lane of US 62 just sound of the Battlefield Road exit.

The three firefighters were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Firefighters Tim Hendrix and Alex Hodge sustained minor injuries and are listed in good condition while the firefighter driving the appaurtus sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

All three firefighters were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.

The cause of the accident is under investigation,
