A Hatboro Fire Department rescue boat capsized during efforts during Irene Sunday morning, trapping three firefighters, according to WPVI-TV.Crews had responded to reports of four people stuck in a car in rising water.After the rescue boat capsized, additional boats were sent to the scene.It took close to two hours to rescue the firefighters from the water.All three firefighters were uninjured.
