Rock Thrown at Responding Pa. Firefighter

ALLISON, Pa. -- An assistant fire chief in Fayette County said someone threw a rock at his vehicle while he was responding to a call. John Torok, 31, of Allison, said he was headed to a crash scene when someone threw a rock at the vehicle, chipping the windshield. The assistant chief for the Allison Fire Department described the rock-thrower as a white man in his 20s with a thin build. Torok said the man appeared to be about 5 feet 1 inch tall and was wearing a Carhartt jacket.

An assistant fire chief in Fayette County said someone threw a rock at his vehicle while he was responding to a call.

John Torok, 31, of Allison, said he was headed to a crash scene when someone threw a rock at the vehicle, chipping the windshield.

The assistant chief for the Allison Fire Department described the rock-thrower as a white man in his 20s with a thin build. Torok said the man appeared to be about 5 feet 1 inch tall and was wearing a Carhartt jacket.
