Tennessee Firefighter Hit in Head With Fire Hose

A Knoxville firefighter was hit in the head with a fire hose while battling a blaze.
A Knoxville firefighter was hit in the head with a fire hose while battling a blaze this morning, according to The Knoxville Sentinel News .

The firefighter, whose name was not released, was transported by ambulance to the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

Crews responded to a call for a burning boat on a home's driveway at 4308 Royal View Road at approximately 7 a.m.

There is no word on the condition of the firefighter.
