GRIFFIN, Ga. --

Jeff and Lucretia Kempson said they are anxiously waiting to see what happens to Spalding County firefighter Terrence Reid.

They said Reid took cell phone video of their dead daughter, Dayna Kempson-Schacht, in a gruesome fatal accident and posted that video on the Internet.

Now, county officials said Reid may not be the only one to lose his job.

"We knew there was more than one person. We want anybody involved to be punished because they should not have had anything to do with that situation at all," said Jeff Kempson.

County leaders concluded their investigation into the incident Monday.

The county attorney said the county manager and commission chairman are considering their options.

"We want to make sure we have every fact we can gather before we make decisions that may include termination or may affect these people's jobs and livelihoods," said Virginia Martin.

Martin said the law firm that conducted the investigation found the problem extended far beyond Reid.

“The report contains information, not just about the incident of July 17, but also about the culture and things in the fire department that may have created a situation where taking this video and releasing it seemed acceptable to the people involved,” said Martin.

CBS Atlanta has learned interim fire chief Kenneth West has hired an attorney. We are told his job may also be in jeopardy.

"He is ultimately responsible for his men, just like a general is for his troops," said Kempson.

Martin said she does not know when or what action county leaders will take.
