Boston Firefighter Shocked Battling Four-Alarmer

BOSTON -- A Boston firefighter was hospitalized early Sunday morning after suffering an electrical shock while fighting a four-alarm fire in Allston. One hundred firefighters fought the fire at Ashford and Chester streets, which left eight residents homeless. A power line came loose and hit the firefighter, fire officials said. The fire caused an estimated $500,000 in damage. There was no immediate word on the condition of the injured firefighter.
