MILWAUKEE, Wis. --

Arson investigators are at the scene of a an early-morning on Milwaukee's east side that destroyed several businesses and apartments.

The fire started at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday near Oakland and North avenues.

It was in the building that houses Pizza Man, Cush, Grecian Delight and the Black and White Cafe, along with upstairs apartments.

The east end of the building completely collapsed.

Firefighters said everyone in the building was accounted for, and no firefighters were hurt. The Red Cross got everyone over to McDonald's.

The Milwaukee Fire Department said there were problems with water pressure early on, but they overcame them.

We Energies had to get power lines down in the area to make assist in the firefighting.

The Milwaukee Fire Department had about 150 firefighters at the scene along with 35 pieces of equipment.

There's no word yet on a cause.
