MIAMI --
A fire at a body shop in northwest Miami-Dade County gave firefighters quite a challenge Monday morning.
At about 2:45 a.m. Monday, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to a report of a building fire at the Pichy Machine Shop at 7801 NW 66th Street.

According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, firefighters had a hard time getting to the blaze because a roll-up door at the entrance prevented them from entering the building. As a result, firefighters were forced to cut a hole in the roof to get inside.
Propane tanks inside the warehouse also made the task difficult, prompting firefighters to take extra care.
No one was inside when the fire started, and no nearby buildings sustained any major damage.
About 80 firefighters brought the fire under control within an hour. No injuries were reported.
While the shop's owners were not available to talk to Local 10 on Monday, friends stopped by the warehouse district to survey the damage. The inside of the business is gutted.
"They've been working here for 16 years," Lazaro Lopez told Local 10's Jen Herrera of the two brothers who own the body shop. "It's hurting them pretty bad."
