MILWAUKEE --

Members of the Milwaukee Fire Department are working up a sweat for a good cause.

They are running a 24-hour relay to raise money for the Homes for Our Troops" charity event.

Money raised will help severely injured service men and women build new homes or adapt existing homes for handicapped accessibility.

Twelve local firefighters are participating in the treadmill relay.

Each firefighter will run one hour twice during the relay from 8 a.m. Wednesday until 8 a.m. Thursday.

You can donate money to the Milwaukee Fire Department team by visiting www.homesforourtroops.org.
