A pizzeria in Frostburg has been destroyed in a four-alarm fire.

FROSTBURG, Md. -- A pizzeria in Frostburg has been destroyed in a four-alarm fire.

It broke out around midnight at Gianni's Pizza at 1 W. Potomac St. 120 firefighters fought the fire.

Twenty people from a nearby hotel, Failinger's Hotel Gunter, were evacuated as a precaution.

The blaze caused around $300,000.00 in damages.

Two firefighters suffered minor injuries.

An adjoining building that houses Crestmont Gentlemen's Apparel was damaged by the water and heat.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
