A two-alarm blaze in Allegany County on Thursday morning destroyed a local home and left two people homeless.

CUMBERLAND, Md. -- A two-alarm blaze in Allegany County on Thursday morning destroyed a local home and left two people homeless.

Dispatchers say the fire broke out just after 1:00 a.m. on West Reynolds Street in Cumberland.

No one was injured.

The Red Cross is assisting the two people who lived in the home.
