Florida Firefighter Hit by Shattered Glass

He was battling a fire when flying glass hit him in the eye.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. --

An Orange County firefighter is recovering Monday morning after glass flew into his eye while battling a fire.

The firefighter was treated at a local hospital and released. At least one unit of the Central Park condominiums on Westgate Drive was burned Saturday night.

No one else was hurt. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
