Firefighters continued Friday to investigate a blaze that caused a pregnant woman to jump from a second-story window.

Firefighters continued Friday to investigate a blaze that caused a pregnant woman to jump from a second-story window.

The fire occurred at about 4:30 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Furrow Street.

Investigators said the fire started in the second floor of the home and quickly spread to two adjoining homes.

The Red Cross responded to the scene to assist three families that were displaced.

The woman suffered neck and back pain and was treated at the scene.
