Mail Rig Catches Fire in Houston

None of the mail was burned.

HOUSTON --

A mail truck caught fire in north Houston early Thursday, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Huge flames shot out of the cab of an 18-wheeler on the North Freeway near Hogan Street at about 2:20 a.m.

The driver said he ran over some debris shortly before the fire started.

None of the mail was burned.

No injuries were reported.
