Wisconsin Fraternity House Destroyed In Fire

All 25 people inside got out safely, but a Madison firefighter was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

MADISON, Wis. --

Fire destroyed the Sigma Phi Epsilon house near the UW-Madison campus.

Firefighters said the blaze flared up at the three-story fraternity house just after midnight Tuesday.

All 25 people inside got out safely, but a Madison firefighter was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
