There are early reports that a couple firefighters were injured battling the fire.

GALLOWAY TWP., N.J. -- Firefighters work against the elements to put out a house fire.

The blaze broke out at a home on the 400 block of Pomona Road Monday morning. According to witnesses, there was heavy smoke coming from the home.

There are early reports that a couple firefighters were injured battling the fire.

As of Monday afternoon the fire was said to be under control. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
