ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --
A member of the Albuquerque Fire Department was arrested over the weekend.
According to authorities, Glenn Perrin, of Edgewood, made contact with a person he believed to be a 13-year-old girl on the Web site MySpace, but it was actually an undercover police officer.
Court documents report that on Saturday, Perrin drove to Clovis to meet the girl and walked into a sting operation and was immediately arrested.
AFD officials were not aware of the arrest until Action 7 News told them Sunday.
Perrin faces one charge of child luring.
He is on paid administrative leave from the fire department.
